Over the last 10 years I have worked with people who have Physical Disabilities, Intellectual disabilities, ABI and mental health.

It brings me a lot of joy and feeling of accomplishment assisting others to reach their goals and live their lives to the fullest. Helping people to find their voice when they are unable to communicate or not confident to speak, or supporting people to explore different opportunities gives me a great feeling of accomplishment.

Empowering people to take control of their lives is a great feeling. Every individual deserves to be treated with respect and honesty, with the recognition and acknowledgment that everyone’s needs and circumstances are unique.

I have been working in this role for over 12months now and I am continually learning and adapting as the NDIS evolves and changes.
