I’m deeply passionate about empowering individuals and their families to better understand the NDIS, connect with their communities, and build meaningful capacity for independence and wellbeing.

My background includes roles as a Support Worker, Youth Worker, Team Leader in Supported Independent Living (SIL), and Support Coordination, with a strong focus on mental health, Neuro-affirming supports, and behaviours of concern. I enjoy the variety this work brings and value the relationships built along the way.

Curious by nature and committed to lifelong learning, I approach challenges and barriers with curiosity and creativity. I stay engaged with the evolving needs of those I support and the ever-changing NDIS landscape.
