Skills and Experience
II have experience supporting participants with a wide range of disabilities, including complex physical disabilities, neurological conditions such as autism, and psychosocial disabilities. My experience also includes working with families of children accessing the NDIS through the early intervention pathway, as well as supporting adult participants adjusting to newly acquired disabilities and new NDIS plans.
I've coordinated supports for participants with more complex needs, including those requiring large multidisciplinary care teams and Supported Independent Living (SIL) arrangements. I also have experience planning and coordinating return to Country trips and supported holidays, helping participants achieve meaningful goals while ensuring the right supports are in place every step of the way.
