Recovery isn't a straight line, and it's not something you can force. It happens in small moments — when you try something you've been scared to try, when someone actually listens, when your supports finally work together instead of pulling you in different directions.
I'm here for that. I'll handle the coordination side — providers, referrals, budgets, appointments — so you're not juggling it all in your head. But more than that, I'm here to listen, to believe you can rebuild, and to sit with you through the messy bits without rushing you.
I've worked with people in all kinds of situations: trauma, mental health crises, disability, displacement, substance use. What I've learned is that recovery happens when someone believes in you, when your supports actually make sense, and when you get to move at your own pace. That's what I bring.
