I am a long-standing passionate individual who has worked in the disability space for a bucket load of years!
My roles over the years have been varied allowing me to gain skills, knowledge, grit, and determination so that I can make whatever small wins and improvements for the lives of the folk I support a reality.
I am a solution based, animal loving empathetic soul who believes in the power of trusting relationships, transparency and just plain ‘getting the job done’.
I like to think my strengths lie in my open communication style, ability to relate to people from all walks of life, an ability to laugh at myself and to make considered and collaborative plans/decisions.
Inclusion should not just be a word but a practice that we all work towards while we also work towards doing ourselves out of a job!
