Assisting people understand the NDIS, how it can make a difference to their lives, bring them closer to their dreams and achieving their goals is so rewarding.

As a mum to a person with complex support needs, navigating the systems can be so difficult, when you’re living in the moment, everything is so overwhelming. To have someone sit beside you, talk you through the complexities of the systems, help you understand what can be offered and to navigate and coordinate the services takes such a load off, and to be able to provide this service to others, gives me so much joy.

The smile, the big sigh of relief, the silent tear, at the end of the day, is the reward that I have assisted in some way.
