I possess a solid combination of expertise and qualifications in the disability support space.

In addition to working with a wide range of people, I have a wealth of experience in support that includes supported independent living, community access, respite provision and pathways to employment. I am passionate about empowering individuals to overcome challenges and lead healthy, fulfilling lives.

I have worked across the community service sector for the past 16 years. My experience includes the provision of direct support and supervisory roles within the disability sector and child/youth services.

My focus for the role of support coordination is to provide opportunities to assist people to identify and develop their own goals and aspirations.

Supporting people to achieve this provides me with immense personal satisfaction and an eagerness to be ‘the best’ in my chosen role.
